老人身體數值量測介面
CARE TOGETHER
CareTogether Pro是一套健康促進與照護的社區型服務系統，搭配血壓、血糖、體重計，與雲端資料庫的建置，提供生理數據量測與管理，讓使用者與醫生能確實掌控生理數據，利用遠距照護給與他們相對應之個人化飲食和運動處方。
CareTogether Pro is a set health promotion and community-based service system to provide cloud-based measurement and management of blood pressure and blood sugar data, with the physician using Telecare to prescribe diet and exercise according to the patient’s physiological data.
社交網路方面，結合社區民眾，經由同一社區居民的社交互動，登入前可以看見社區居民的健康樹，登入後則可以看見家人與好友的健康樹，可以澆水的方式表達對對方的關心也可傳送測量提醒，讓彼此互相督促與鼓勵達到群眾影響力，增加使用意願及樂趣。
考量到需求較高的大部份為高齡者，實際數值上的變化可能不易判別，介面設計上會以健康樹作為呈現的方式，運用健康樹的成長變化告訴使用者其測量狀況，依據測量結果，會有茂盛綠色大樹、枯萎落葉的樹木與乾枯凋零的樹木三種，分別利用顏色和簡易動畫呈現，各自代表正常、需要注意及危險的生理狀態，讓使用者直覺的瞭解自己的健康狀況。另外每日持續測量追蹤才能更完整的掌控健康狀況，因此健康樹在每個月會由一棵小樹苗開始，隨著使用者每天登入測量會逐漸成長，以此方式作為每日測量的回饋。
Taking into consideration that there is a higher demand for the elderly, and the change in the actual value may be difficult to distinguish. The interface design uses a metaphor of a the growth and changes to a tree to explain measurement conditions to the user, presenting animations of the tree in various states of health to illustrate the user’s physical condition, thereby allowing the user to intuitively understand the state of his or her own health. In addition, daily tracking provides more complete control over the patient’s health status. The system begins each month by presenting the tree as a sapling, which grows gradually as a feedback mechanism as the users login daily to provide physiological data.
The system provides social networking features to integrate the community through social interaction. In the main screen, the user see the Health Tree representations of community residents, and after login, they see the Health Tree representations of their friends and family. The user can virtually water the trees of other people as a way of expressing concern and reminders to provide consistent measurements, thus increasing system engagement and encouraging its widespread use.
